Ring, or leave the details on the form. If the lines are busy the call is logged and returned, so give us your name, your number, the suburb and the machine. We answer Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Commercial machines, and used copiers we can buy.

Before you ring

Have the make and model handy. It is on a plate inside a door or on the front panel. Read us the message on the display exactly as it appears, or take a photo. Think about what changed just before the fault: a move, a new server, a power cut after a storm. And the suburb, with the building or unit.

Cannot find the model? Describe the machine and we will work it out. The form works as well as the phone.

What happens to your message

Whoever picks up, or reads the form, writes down the business, the suburb, the machine and the fault. The person who rings back has your note in front of them, so you do not repeat yourself. Often a quick conversation sorts the problem and you have not paid for a visit.

How the price comes together

Parts it probably wants, hours on site, and whatever the building adds. We tell you the build up and what might change it once the cover is off. You say yes before the diary is touched, and nothing is locked in on the first call.

Access, lifts and gates

Lift bookings, loading docks, visitor sign in, site inductions, gate codes, school timetables, clinic hours. If your building has any of them, say so. Ten minutes saved at the front door is ten more minutes at the machine.

Who answers

A person, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The technician who comes is trained, experienced and certified, and has been briefed on your machine. If the same fault returns, the repeat visit costs you nothing.

When it cannot wait

Say so first. A stopped office, a filing due at five, a clinic running late. Same day service is available and we will tell you what is possible. If a machine smells of burning, smokes or has liquid in it, switch it off at the wall and ring.

More than one machine

Offices rarely have just one. Give us the lot: the copier, the two printers upstairs and the label printer in the dispatch area. We can group them into one visit, and for a larger fleet a service agreement may be worth talking about.

Buying, selling or leasing

Different conversation, same number. For machines to buy, sell, lease or move, look at the sales page, new machines, used machines, leasing and photocopier buyers. Our machines are warranted.

Our service is for commercial machines. Home printers are outside it, and we would rather say so now than waste your time.
